Glen Johnson is a former professional footballer who played at right back throughout his playing career. Johnson started his pro career at West Ham United in 2002, before moving to Chelsea in 2003. Johnson spent 4 years at the south London club, winning the League Cup with the blues in 2005. In 2007 the defender moved to Portsmouth for 2 years, making 58 appearances for the club. Johnson moved to Liverpool in 2009, helping the Merseyside club win a League Cup title in 2012. Johnson was released by Liverpool in 2015 and played out the end of his career at Stoke City. The right back had a decade long international career, playing for England 54 times and scoring 1 goal. Johnson was in the England squad for both the Euro 2012 tournament and the 2010, 2014 World Cups. Currently Glen works in football punditry for a number of media outlets.
